About the Role

As a Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus Group, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, personal engagement, and elevated selling. You will service clients in-store and digitally, using the latest technology for outreach and selling. A Client Advisor will become a trusted style confidante, speaking about fashion and trends with authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
  • Improve sales through technology and wardrobing, understanding how to showcase product differently based on client preferences.
  • Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals, strategizing own business to increase individual productivity.
  • Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
  • Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

Requirements
  • Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
  • Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
  • Commission sales experience.
  • High School Diploma / equivalency required.
  • A flexible work schedule.
