As a Home Care Caregiver at WelbeHealth, you will be responsible for delivering personal care services to our participants in the comfort of their homes, as per the scheduled directives.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Menlo Park, CA area
  • Requirements: Valid CA Driver's License and Auto insurance
  • Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours a week - No part-time work - No overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (ADLs) for participants, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
  • Support light meal preparation and feeding, ensuring participants receive proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Facilitate safe transfers in and out of homes and serve as a medical escort to appointments as required.
  • Assist the Rehabilitation department by implementing home exercise programs as outlined in care plans after receiving adequate training.
  • Provide translation services as needed, if qualified.
