Job Description

As a Cage/Vault Cashier with Chumash Enterprises, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while performing cashiering functions in support of the Cage/Vault Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash handling responsibilities for a designated bank, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide assistance to guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training new team members as assigned, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintain awareness of Title 31 regulations, adhering to all applicable laws and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a related field preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of casino operations, including gaming laws and regulations, is essential.
