Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is in search of a committed and skilled Educational Psychologist to enhance our educational support services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a school setting, focusing on the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs.
  • Provide case management and crisis intervention support as required.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support personnel to foster an inclusive and positive educational atmosphere.
  • Track student progress and modify instructional strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Administer assessments and evaluations to offer necessary support and accommodations for students.
  • Keep precise and current records of student progress and services rendered.
Position Details:
  • K-12 caseload available.
  • Full-time position; 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications:
  • Valid TX School Psychologist license required.
  • Current TX Fingerprint clearance necessary.
  • Experience with students exhibiting a range of learning challenges, including autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and behavioral issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to tailor instruction to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
