Job Overview

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually with opportunities for advancement

We are seeking a fully licensed clinical therapist to operate as an independent service provider. This role necessitates a minimum commitment of 25 clinical hours per week. Compensation is structured on a fee-for-service basis, determined by a percentage split of the direct payment or reimbursed rate for each clinical hour, ranging from 60% to 71% based on productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited educational program and current unrestricted licensure in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW)
  • Fully licensed and eligible for credentialing with insurance providers for claims and reimbursements
  • Experience in managing diverse clinical presentations
  • Commitment to maintaining a minimum of 25 clinical hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site clinical counseling services to clients, adhering to company policies
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled sessions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and their treatment teams as necessary
  • Complete and maintain accurate written records for each client, including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation
  • Conduct counseling services in a manner that enhances the reputation of the organization
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative working relationship with colleagues
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and licensing board compliance guidelines
  • Maintain licensure and liability/malpractice insurance for private practice services
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures, including service provider agreements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation Structure:

Independent service provider compensation is based on a percentage split of revenue received, ranging from 60% to 71%, contingent upon quarterly productivity.
