Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation, support, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform and associated systems.
- Formulate and execute Salesforce strategies that align with our business objectives and promote growth.
- Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, including requirement definition, solution design, resource management, and timely delivery within budget.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and efficiency improvements.
- Utilize data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Educate users on Salesforce features and best practices to boost user engagement and productivity.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities and propose process enhancements accordingly.
- Ensure data quality by implementing quality assurance measures and overseeing data migrations and integrations.
- Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to guarantee effective service delivery.
- Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access configurations based on organizational needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce platforms, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a proven history of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
- Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for troubleshooting and devising effective solutions.
- Experience with data migration and integration is advantageous.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
