Job Summary:

As a Laborer at The Gallegos Corporation, you will play a vital role in supporting the Foreman and Supervisor to ensure the Stone Yard is neat and organized. This position requires the ability to complete work safely, with quality, and within productivity specifications as directed by the foreman or superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean the Stone Yard and maintain a neat and organized environment for customers.

Maintain the forklift and other tools and equipment.

Support outside sales by pulling and staging orders.

Load and unload trucks.

Remove snow and debris from the yard.

Stock materials and palletize stone for the Foreman and Supervisor.

Assist customers at the Stone Yard.

Requirements:

High school degree and/or trade school preferred.

OSHA 10-hour training preferred.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Working knowledge of the English language to communicate with other crew members, customers, etc.
