Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for testing and diagnosing servers and components, repairing or replacing parts as necessary, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and diagnose servers and components to identify issues
  • Repair or replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and complete applicable documentation
  • Use various tools and test equipment to diagnose issues and repair servers
  • Disassemble and reassemble units according to work instructions
  • Order correct parts using proper procedures
  • Test units according to work instructions and process flows
  • Inspect products to ensure accurate labeling
  • Complete applicable paperwork completely and accurately
  • Enter repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system
  • Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
  • Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of technical repair experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good visual color perception
  • Able to stand, stoop, and bend
  • Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment
  • Ability to identify potential quality-related problems quickly and concisely
