Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Weekend Physical Therapist to join our team in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. As a member of our multidisciplinary health care team, you will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for making visits to clients in their homes, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
