HR Staffing Specialist

About the RoleThis position involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with scheduling, conducting new employee orientation, and collaborating with payroll to ensure correct compensation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft skills, proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar position, and knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on relevant boards and venues to attract qualified candidates.
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes, ensuring timely and effective recruitment.
- Schedule new employee orientation sessions, streamlining the onboarding process.
- Assist in preparing and executing comprehensive orientation and training plans, promoting employee engagement and development.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on staffing operations, providing valuable insights for improvement.
- Proven experience in HR or recruitment roles, with a strong background in staffing coordination.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated reliability and discretion when handling confidential information.
