Position Overview

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is in search of an SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant to enhance our team with expertise in SAP solutions.

Role Summary

This role involves collaborating with a prominent client in the materials and logistics sector, focusing on optimizing their infrastructure through effective SAP PM module support.

Contract Details

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP environments.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) and FICO (Finance and Controlling).
  • Knowledge of SAP IS-OIL and experience in the Oil and Gas sector, particularly in Midstream/Pipeline and Downstream/Refining.
  • Experience with SAP release workflows and HR integration.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive support for SAP PM, addressing configuration and enhancement requests from users and management.
  • Implement necessary configuration changes, redesigns, and updates to optimize IT usage.
  • Assist in designing interfaces, processes, reports, and enhancements to meet complex business requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing, including unit and integration testing.
  • Engage in IT projects that involve new business applications or integration with existing ERP systems.
  • Analyze and address process and configuration issues within the ERP Production system.
  • Support end-user security authorizations as required.
  • Deliver clear and concise weekly status reports on team projects and issues.
  • Assist in subsequent phases of ERP implementation and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Oversee integration points between PM and other modules like FICO.
  • Take on technical-functional roles in special assignments as directed by management.
