About the Role

CoxHealth is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Transitional Care Unit team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary team in achieving exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to adult/geriatric patients experiencing prolonged general medical or post-operative recovery
  • Administer medications, perform dressing changes, and monitor vital signs and skin integrity
  • Document patient information in the medical record and provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • LPN license and IV Certification active in the state of Missouri
  • BLS certification within 90 days
