LPN/RN

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs/RNs to join our team at Stanleytown Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bassett, VA.

As an LPN/RN, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA guidelines. You will supervise CNAs and ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a supportive and respectful environment.

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures.
• Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure that they are providing high-quality care to patients.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse.
