We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Big Sandy Health Care, Inc.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented physician to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in a clinic setting, prioritizing prevention and treatment of various medical conditions.
- Provide extended care services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Accurately document patient health information in our Electronic Medical Record System, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Return patient phone calls as necessary, providing timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and respectful team environment, fostering open communication and cooperation.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky.
- BLS & ACLS certification, with PALS certification depending on privileges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A commitment to providing non-judgmental and quality healthcare to underserved communities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
