Overview:


The Senior Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of retail outlets within the establishment.


Key Responsibilities:
Support the Retail Manager in all aspects of Retail Operations as needed

Assist in supervising the daily activities of all retail stores and vending services

Recruit, train, and schedule retail and vending personnel

Manage daily inventory orders for gift shops and vending

Directly oversee all Retail Sales Associates and Retail Stock Clerks

Participate in monthly stock assessments

Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in a security role within a busy hotel or casino environment

Must be at least 21 years old
