Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + Bonuses (up to $10,000 in the first year)

As a Surgical Navigation Expert, you will play a vital role in assisting surgeons during complex surgical procedures involving the brain, spine, or sinus. Your responsibility will be to operate a neurosurgical navigation system to provide accurate, real-time guidance during surgical procedures. This allows the surgeon to improve precision and safety during these intricate surgeries and achieve better patient outcomes.

A Day in the Life:

• Preparation: The day typically begins early, but can start later depending on the hospital's schedule. Prior to the surgery, the clinical specialist loads and reviews the MRI and/or CT scans and performs the preoperative planning for the procedure.
• Surgery: The primary focus of a clinical specialist's day is assisting with the navigation guidance during surgeries. This allows the surgeons to see in real-time where their instruments are in the patient's body by using an overlay on the 3D images of the patient's anatomy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or OR experience.
• Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to work within a team.
