Job Description

This role involves partnering with restaurant and hospitality managers to provide comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment.

We are seeking a skilled technician who can troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics. They will also be able to communicate effectively with manufacturers and colleagues alike.

A key responsibility of this role is to install all parts ordered for customers in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policy and procedures.

Beyond the technical aspects, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to promote and recommend services provided by Smart Care to customers when needed.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$91,000/year, including potential bonuses dependent on market performance. The exact hours may vary, but 7:00am-4:00pm is typical, with rotational on-call duties every 3-4 weeks. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

We value our technicians' safety and well-being, providing benefits such as take-home trucks/vans with gas cards, uniforms, phones, health, life, dental, and vision coverage, plus 12 days PTO accrued after 30 days and 3 floating holidays.
