Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant

Texas Orthopedic Specialists, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in a multi-specialty orthopedic practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an orthopedic clinic with electronic medical records and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical assistance to assigned physicians and physician assistants
- Take and record vital signs, patient history, chief complaint, and onset/date of injury
- Prepare exam rooms between patients
- Enter patient information into electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with center management, staff, patients, and physicians
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant
- Experience working in an orthopedic clinic with electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work productively and maintain confidentiality
