About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Associate to join our team at Traditions of Chillicothe, a leading provider of senior care services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a compassionate and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other medical procedures as needed
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Ohio STNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
