Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and determine progress of residents.
- Evaluate residents' needs, condition, and care and assist in developing nursing care plans for individual residents.
Requirements:
- A current Florida LPN or RN license.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
