Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team at Century Solutions Group. As a key member of our Strategic Partnership Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence through strategic partnerships.

Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, analyzing partner performance, and collaborating with partners on joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives. You will also support internal sales teams in aligning strategies and driving partner-led deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel partner management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
