This is a contract position with a 5x8 day schedule, requiring the Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient setting, providing high-quality patient care and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
