Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Product Management Office, you will work with other technical product managers to gather requirements, design products, and define user experience requirements.
  • You will align with the product strategy and vision for product development, consulting with clients to understand their goals and conducting usability testing.
  • You will create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows to visualize product requirements and work with Global Technology engineers to gather customer requirements and identify integration dependencies.
  • You will define requirements for product development that represent technical delivery, controls enablement, and operational maturity, and maintain service and capability documentation, roadmaps, and growth targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a technical product manager or customer experience lead.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern or cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud services providers (CSPs).
  • Competency in implementing technology operating models for financial services technology.
  • Experience in agile development and tooling.
  • Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders.
