We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment for customers during their shopping experience.
- Help unload merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs and occasional lifting of up to 55lbs.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $30,000 - $45,000 per year.
