Position Overview:

As a Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site operations for commercial ground-up projects, ensuring they are executed safely, punctually, and within budgetary constraints. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Office, Medical, K-12, Retail, and Restaurant environments. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in ground-up construction within the relevant area and a proven history of managing successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct daily operations on-site, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Safety Management: Guarantee adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of workmanship and quality, promptly addressing any issues to meet project specifications and client expectations.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases while minimizing delays.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial status to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial plans.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, including daily logs, change orders, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
  • Sector Expertise: Experience in managing projects within Commercial, Office, Medical, K-12, Retail, and Restaurant sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Education: Relevant degree or certifications in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
