  • Inspect and diagnose floor issues and safety hazards, taking corrective action as necessary
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality of work

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Manage and maintain equipment and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the flooring industry

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
