Job Overview

The Citi Treasury Investments group (CTI) manages a diverse portfolio of financial instruments, including issued debt, intercompany borrowings, and securities. As a Senior Lead Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing central liquidity and investment portfolios, executing hedge programs, and providing US dollar financing to other trading desks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage initiatives to build and enhance CTI's critical hedge programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across CTI trading desks, product control, risk, operations, and technology to identify business problems and develop sustainable solutions
  • Lead 1-3 projects, monitor progress, and establish governance and cadence to ensure on-time, in-budget project delivery
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members supporting projects
  • Author business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, project plans, and lead testing execution
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, anticipate delays, and solve problems that arise
  • Present project updates, including risks, issues, and progress, at an executive level on a weekly basis
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • Graduate-level degree and PMP certification a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services or consulting
  • 5 years of experience in project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Deep understanding of integrated, front-to-back, multi-year, cross-functional, multi-geographies programs
  • Proven track record of leading at least two large projects with a cross-functional team
  • Strong influencer and partnering skills
  • Abstract critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Treasury product knowledge, including background in hedging, pricing, accounting, or risk (FX, Swaps, Bonds, etc.)
Technical Skills
  • MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA, Summit software a plus
