We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our extraordinary care team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. As a leader in the industry, we prioritize delivering outstanding care in a team-based environment.

About the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will lead and collaborate with our team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with patients in Skokie, IL, and surrounding areas to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

We are looking for compassionate nurses with:

  • RN License: Current RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate of an Approved School of Practical Nursing: One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Drivers License and Ability to Drive: Current drivers license and ability to spend 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • Time Management and Self-Management Skills: The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule, with demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
