Housekeeping Room Attendant

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the immaculate upkeep and cleanliness of all guest rooms and assigned areas. With a warm and caring personality, this individual will observe and anticipate guests' needs in a discreet and non-intrusive manner, offering prompt, efficient, and personalized service. They will ensure that any guest requests are handled courteously and swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and assigned areas
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are used efficiently and effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Warm and caring personality
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Required to reach, carry, push, pull, grasp, manipulate, or otherwise move objects
  • Occasional frequency of bending, squatting, twisting, and turning
  • Required to stand for up to six (6) hours at a time
