Position Summary
The Housekeeping Quality Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest accommodations and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service. This position is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and training staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff, including Public Area Attendants and Room Attendants, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and service standards.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to guarantee compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Manage inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Implement safety and emergency procedures to protect guests, staff, and company assets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of one to two years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, supervisory abilities, and effective communication skills are essential.

Physical Requirements
The role requires the ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs, continuous movement throughout the facility, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
