Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks and trailers, maintaining an organized and accessible inventory.
  • Replenish and move products on pallet racks, collaborating with receiving clerks and order pickers to ensure timely and accurate placement of materials in their designated locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to verify quality standards and report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records, documenting movements and storage locations to facilitate efficient workflow and organization.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on material handling equipment, reporting any issues to the maintenance staff for timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret order sheets, labels, and instructions.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
  • Proficiency in using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • At least 1 year experience in safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Physical requirements: able to lift, pack, stack, and wrap up to 50 pounds regularly.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and temperatures reaching up to 90 degrees during summer months.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits that include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
