About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Kellanova Co. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or technical field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
