Shift Times: Monday-Friday, PM shifts available

Hours/Day: 8 hours

Sign on Bonus: $5,000 (Bonus to be paid out quarterly in the first year of employment, with the first quarter being paid out on the first pay check.)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various healthcare settings, including nursing homes and other facilities. This role requires expertise in capturing high-quality images, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, submitting images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images.
  • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
  • Efficiently scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents per protocol.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch, management, and healthcare staff.
  • Ensure professional interaction with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment for operational readiness and safety.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs. with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys.
  • The position may require transporting equipment into facilities, potentially requiring 50 lbs. of force multiple times per day.
Requirements
  • Maintain required state licenses and/or ARRT Certification.
  • Valid drivers license in good standing for the applicable state.
  • COVID-19 vaccination, including the booster, is required for all individuals. Those seeking an exemption must submit proper documentation supporting their request.
