Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois (or eligible for licensure).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of home health regulations, policies, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits
