CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Programmer to join our team at Henis Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs to ensure efficient production processes.

• Design and develop CNC programs using CAM software to meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure CNC programs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to resolve issues and minimize machine downtime.
• Conduct tooling selection and toolpath optimization to achieve desired surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform periodic maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in CNC technology, machining techniques, and industry trends.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a CNC programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
• Experience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometries is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
