Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at VestraCare. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and monitoring in a post-acute environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and supervision to certified nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to assist residents in reaching their goals.
  • Conduct EKGs, perform venipuncture, and initiate intravenous therapy as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
  • BCLS and ACLS certification.
  • Experience in ICU/CCU/ED or Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital preferred.
