At D-BAT Atlanta, we're seeking a passionate and experienced baseball and softball trainer to join our team. As a D-BAT Instructor, you'll be responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

Our ideal candidate is a collegiate or professional baseball or softball coach with prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions. You'll be working with players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach baseball and softball skills to players of all ages and skill levels
  • Create engaging and effective training experiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with players, parents, and coaches
  • Meet with the D-BAT Training Manager to track performance and forecast weekly program commitments
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest coaching techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Collegiate or professional baseball or softball coaching experience
  • Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions
  • Background playing baseball or softball in a college or professional setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
