Seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant

A New Day Family Counseling, a diverse and client-centered mental health counseling practice, is looking for a highly skilled administrative assistant to join our team. This role will play a vital part in managing the flow of client referrals and intake process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities at once. Prior experience in a medical or mental health setting is preferred, as well as proficiency in using Electronic Health Record Systems and Google/Microsoft products.

  • Managing all aspects of assigned office and client care coordination for mental health patients
  • Effective scheduling and coordination of new clients according to therapist availability and expertise
  • Communicating with practice directors, office staff, and clients in a professional and sensitive manner
  • Collecting payments and monitoring delinquent accounts

You will also be expected to provide clerical support, prepare documentation, and assist with credentialing tasks as needed. If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
