Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee medication programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in medication assistance records (MARs) and providing hands-on medication assistance to residents.
  • Perform treatments according to physician orders, prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and blood sugar levels, and document relevant information in patient charts.
  • Update and inform physicians of any changes in patient condition, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.

Requirements
  • Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from an accredited program.
  • Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year of experience in senior services is preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess current CPR certification and First Aid certification.
