Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Associate is responsible for executing on the data requirements of our external partners for the participation in their client referral programs and supporting the training needs of the overall department.

This entry-level role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and strong analytical and technology skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Capture and process program data accurately to ensure smooth operation of the business unit's processes and metrics reporting;
  2. Facilitate and track the compliance checks necessary for program participation and success;
  3. Coordinate program onboarding and help to maintain a current library of program training materials;
  4. Provide data management and systems-related support to the broader team;
  5. Coordinate campaign setup and response data management within our CRM system, Salesforce;
  6. Provide key metrics reporting to program leadership weekly, or as requested;
  7. Work to coordinate program-specific training with the appropriate internal partners and team members;
  8. Ensure training materials are kept up-to-date with current rules of engagement, internal service standards, etc.
Requirements
  • College degree in marketing, business or related;
  • 2+ years of strong administrative experience supporting a sales team;
  • 1-2+ years of entry-level experience in the wealth management/RIA industry or related a plus;
  • Customer service or relationship management experience a plus;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills who enjoys working with people;
  • Organized with the ability to work on multiple projects;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Experience in Salesforce or a similar CRM a plus;
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Willingness to learn about - and work compliantly within - the financial services industry;
  • Must be in good compliance standing with all rules, regulations and policies;
