Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Deliver and pick up packages, ensuring they are handled with care and delivered to the correct location
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provide related customer service functions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required, with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
  • Good human relations and verbal communication skills
  • Neat appearance, as customer contact is required
  • Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Consistently lift 50 pounds
  • High School or GED diploma
  • Valid driver's license consistently for the past three years
  • Must successfully complete a Federal Drug screen and background check

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay: $20.22 per hour
