The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking a clinical psychologist to join our team in the Department of Psychiatry. As a faculty member, you will work collaboratively with a team of providers to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties and medical conditions.

The position will involve providing and supervising evidence-based assessment and intervention services to youth and families, as well as engaging in team-based consultation. Clinical teaching and program development will be components of the position, and numerous opportunities for collaborative research are available.

Required qualifications include a Ph.D./Psy.D. in clinical, school, or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program, completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship, completion of a postdoctoral fellowship, and licensure or license-eligibility in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties and medical conditions.
  • Supervise evidence-based assessment and intervention services to youth and families.
  • Engage in team-based consultation and collaborative research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D./Psy.D. in clinical, school, or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program.
  • Completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship.
  • Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship.
  • Licensure or license-eligibility in Texas.
