Maintenance Technician

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities at our hotel.
Responsibilities- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, repairing vinyl, and performing minor furniture repairs
- Repair plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment as needed
- Monitor energy conservation and perform tasks to reduce energy consumption
- Assist with guest requests and other work orders as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state required
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) required
