Responsibilities- Communicate and interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Precept team members on job functions and orient patients to hospital environment and routine.
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and document patient care in a timely manner.
- Provide care in accordance with patient's plan of care and label and deliver specimens per policy.
- Maintain a safe environment and report environmental hazards and patient safety policy violations.
- Required: Certified Nursing Assistant
- Required: No minimum education requirement
- Working Conditions: Lifting, moving, and loading 30 to 50 pounds; alternate shift schedules
