Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction and construction efforts on assigned projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Provide overall supervision and direction of preconstruction and construction efforts on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Build and lead high-performing project teams, ensuring adequate staffing and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and relationships to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical contracting industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, access confined spaces, and traverse uneven terrain.
Compensation

$145,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on experience.
