We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit team at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
- Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR certification.
