Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assess individual needs
  • Determine and implement suitable nursing interventions
  • Deliver age-appropriate care tailored to patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical necessity
  • Oversee the development and updates of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Execute timely quality improvement assessments
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • At least six months of experience in a Medical/Surgical environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
