As an Overnight Bell/Valet Attendant at 21c Museum Hotels, you will provide porter and valet services to hotel guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort by promptly and courteously responding to guest requests.

You will be responsible for cleaning lobby areas and entrances, maintaining a clean and attractive facility for customers. You will also assist other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

Your duties will include greeting and assisting arriving guests with help unloading luggage from vehicles and transporting it to their rooms. You will offer to park guests' vehicles and give claim tickets.

You will also assist departing guests by transporting luggage from rooms to the lobby and helping them load it into their vehicles. You will retrieve vehicles and assist guests with departure.

In addition, you will respond to guest needs by promptly delivering laundry, newspapers, iron and ironing board, additional linens, etc., in person. You will respond to inquiries and promote the hotel's services by explaining products/services and providing guests with up-to-date hotel information to enhance customer relations.

You will maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, not just with guests and teammates but also with passersby whose first impression of the hotel will be the people standing outside.
