Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Social Worker to work with our multidisciplinary team to assess and support the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work and experience working with infants, toddlers, and families.
Responsibilities:- Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide direct child development services and activities tailored to the needs of each child and family.
- Collaborate with families to identify goals, objectives, and strategies to support their child's development.
- Complete progress notes, reports, and assessments as required.
- Act as a service coordinator for families, scheduling and implementing intervention plans.
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families.
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and community partners.
