Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of practice administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Develop and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  3. Maintain open communication channels with CEOs, staff, and physicians to ensure informed decision-making.
  4. Secure approval and oversight of clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Participate in physician recruitment and coordination, focusing on cardiac and vascular surgeons.
  6. Direct supervision of CTVSA clinic managers and oversight of employee recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
  7. Manage business and financial affairs of the CTVSA clinics, resolving administrative issues promptly.
  8. Responsible for billing, collection, and passive income management.
  9. Review quarterly call schedules and provide support to clinic managers for recall process utilization.
  10. Submit license applications and maintain current licenses for new locations.
  11. Communicate with GPO representatives for savings opportunities and maintain confidentiality.
  12. Identify and report compliance issues or concerns to the Compliance Officer for resolution.
  13. Confirm OHSA training and Annual Privacy and Security training completion for all office locations.
  14. Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements related to job duties.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of practice management experience, preferably in cardiac, vascular, or cardiology settings.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, while an MBA is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of staff management, with experience supervising 50+ team members and 20 surgeons.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
